Memoyad has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Almost everything the app knows is stored only on your phone, and you control it directly. Anything you chose to send us, we delete on request.
This is the app's search index (what it learned about your media), its settings and its activity log. None of it is sent to us. To delete all of it, do either of these:
Your photos and other media are never changed or deleted by either step. Memoyad only reads them.
We only have information you chose to send: diagnostics reports, emails, contact-form messages, and waitlist sign-ups. To have any or all of it deleted, email the Privacy Officer at privacy@memoyad.com or use the contact form, and tell us:
We will confirm and delete it within 30 days. We do not keep copies, except where a law requires us to keep a record. Even without a request, we delete reports and messages no later than 12 months after our last exchange with you, and waitlist addresses no later than 12 months after Memoyad's public launch.
To stop waitlist emails without deleting anything else, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
Google Play, GitHub (which hosts this website) and Hugging Face (which hosts the AI model download) keep their own records under their own privacy policies. See section 3 of our Privacy Policy for what they receive and links to their policies.
